I have a lot of good things to say about Doug and Merchant Giving Project, so I'll try to keep this brief. They have done 3 things that every business that provides services should aim for if they want to be successful. 1. They have saved me money over my previous processing option. They also were in tune with my business needs, and did not try to up sell me the latest tech that I didn't need to get paid efficiently in my office. 2. They have offered solutions to other problems. I work with health insurance, which means I'm waiting 2-3 weeks on claims to bill my patients. They provided me with a way to get paid online via card that has reduced the time I wait for money and thus increased my cash flow. 3. Doug is incredibly responsive. I almost always get a response to my emails in 24 hours, or a notification that he is out of the office so i'm not left waiting wondering what is going on with my requests. When I emailed him about the previous problem, not only was the reply prompt, but the solution was up and running within a few days. I don't want to make promises for them they can't keep, but I know they work hard for me and I can't imagine it's any different with other clients. I am incredibly happy with my switch to Merchant Giving Project and recommend them to everyone who accepts cards for payment.
