Things we like about Merchant Giving Project are the service and the giving. It's great to be able to support an organization we believe in while paying those pesky fees. Doug has so many options, it was hard to find the one that pulled most at our heartstrings. It's also helpful to have questions about the whole credit card fee business answered in a way that we can understand. In terms of service, Doug is our number one guy. Whenever we have a problem or a question (way more questions to date than problems) he responds immediately, mostly by stopping in and helping us out in person. We are very happy with Merchant Giving Project and recommend them as a provider.
